Every year, my wife pulls together a summer bucket list for the kids. This year, the list is super-packed with activities, including a lemonade stand. However, the kids aren't doing it to make money to buy candy. They are doing it to help raise money for kids cancer research.
The kids joined the Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and are actively seeking donations to help out their cause.
Yes, we will be serving lemonade in our neighborhood, but I wouldn't be doing my job as a social media minded dad if I didn't blog about and help raise awareness.
What do you say? Can you help make my kids day and throw them $10 bucks? Maybe a $20 spot? Whatever you can do would be appreciate.
This little smile faces who are battling this terrible disease are well worth it.
Thanks,
The Proud Dad
