Mobile apps that I can't live without

As a tech geek, I'm always looking for new mobile apps for my iPhone, Samsung Note 2, iPad or Macs to help me do what I do faster or more efficiently. Whether it's note taking, brainstorming, managing my calendar or sharing grocery lists, I want apps that make my life easier.

Here are some of my favorites that will always have a spot in the rotation (outside of social media apps). 

The #BostonShake: Having Fun at Work

No, this is not a post about the Harlem Shake. It's a post about how much fun I get to have at work. ​

We are a creative bunch. We pay attention to online trends. Lately, the Harlem Shake has been one of those trends we've been following.​

We've been yapping about potentially doing one of our own Harlem Shakes. After a quick brainstorm -- and I mean like :30 seconds quick -- we decided to mash up the Harlem Shake with a flashmob. ​

The White House and Social Media

President Obama has been dubbed as one of the most "social" President's in history. By social, I mean social media. 

The President is always using Google+ hangouts, Twitter chats and other ways to connect with his constituents. It's a great way to connect with voters, drive influence and rally support for his political agenda.

In a Q&A on The Next Web, Kori Schulman describes what it's like to be at the hub of this effort (though I'm disappointed that some questions weren't asked).
