When Your Customer Tells You They Want Your Business
As you can tell from the series of tweets, I'm in the mood to make a move with my two-car situation.
I'm wondering if Honda is listening.
They've tried all the old school sales tactics: email, calls, special deals and more. I'm not that type of sales target.
If they were listening, they'd know what exactly I'm looking to do and build a deal around it to drive the sale.
Alas, deaf ears.
