As a tech geek, I'm always looking for new mobile apps for my iPhone, Samsung Note 2, iPad or Macs to help me do what I do faster or more efficiently. Whether it's note taking, brainstorming, managing my calendar or sharing grocery lists, I want apps that make my life easier.
Here are some of my favorites that will always have a spot in the rotation (outside of social media apps).
We are in living in a social-network-minded world. People you know, don't know, think you know and want to know, are creating content on a frantic pace. It's hard to keep up with it all.
As a result, Facebook, the largest network, is trying to simplify how we get our content -- or at least search for relevancy in content. Question is, how will other networks react, specifically the likes of Twitter, Pinterest and Linkedin?
Google has been mapping the word for a few years now. Typically, Google Maps has helped us get from place to place...and in some cases, discover new ones. This time, Google takes you off road and into the Grand Canyon.
