The Boston Globe has a talented group of photographers. Their RAW blog is one of the best photography news blogs out there. They do a great job showcasing photos from around the world in their Big Picture blog. Another thing they do is talk to the photographers who spend so much time behind the lens that they only get a one line credit in the story, i.e. the caption.
