One of my new clients will be Liberty Mutual and as I prepare to help with their account, I've been doing a lot of reading, getting up to speed.
They have a program called "The Responsibility Project, exploring what it means to do the right thing." I think it's a fantastic program and not a marketing gimmick like some of their competitors use.
The challenge for me is to take this theme of responsibility and make it play out in the social media space. A challenge I'm very excited about.
Being a customer of LM (home and auto insurance), it's nice to see a company embracing an important category like responsibility.
